Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter almond butter or sunflower butter will also work
  • 1 cup oats blend oats into oat flour if you prefer a smoother texture
  • 1/2 cup ground chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • Optional add-ins: coconut flakes, cinnamon, vanilla extract, etc

Instructions

  • Stir all ingredients together in a large bowl until well combined
  • Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. This helps the energy bites stay together better
  • Once chilled, roll into 1-inch balls and enjoy!
