- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 cup cilantro half bunch
- 1/4 cup basil leaves
- 3 stalks green onion
In a blender or food processor, combine the yogurt, cottage cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
Blend until fully combined and creamy
Losely chop the cilantro, basil, and green onions. They don't need to be perfect because they'll be blendined. It's a greay way for kids to practice their knife skills!
Add the herbs into the blender and pulse several times until there are no large pieces of herbs left. Enjoy!
