- 1 banana
- 1 cup oats
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup protein powder 1 scoop
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (flax seeds or hemp seeds work here too!) optional
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- chocolate chips measure with your heart <3
Preheat the oven to 350°F
Combine all ingredients (except the chocolate chips!!) in a blender or food processor. Blend until it forms a pancake batter-like consistency
Once fully blended, gently fold in the chocolate chips
Prepare your baking tins by spraying with oil. I used two 8oz ramekins, but any oven safe baking dish will work here!
Pour the batter into your prepared dish and top with more chocolate chips
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes
