Unlike traditional hummus, this version is made without tahini, making it safe for kids with sesame allergies but still just as creamy and delicious!

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup beets with juice canned or fresh
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
