- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Blend until smooth (you can use a blender or whisk by hand). Pour the mixture into the loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the bread is set and lightly golden. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
